Bag Laydee is a woman-owned San Francisco luxury brand specializing in handcrafted mosaic metal handbags created by artisans in Morocco and India. Inspired by global heritage, feminine power, and timeless craftsmanship, our statement pieces blend intricate metalwork, spiritual iconography such as cowrie shells, the hand of Fatima, the Evil Eye, and more. We bring bohemian elegance into wearable works of art. Every Bag Laydee creation is designed for those who appreciate beauty, individuality, and the stories that connect us across cultures and generations.
Bag Laydee began in a small sunlit studio in the Mission. A woman with a love for beauty, texture, and quiet strength wanted to carry something that felt like her.
Each bag is born from found objects, hand-selected tiles, and antique brass. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is repeated.
